WordPress Theme: Three Square

Three Square Screenshot

Three Square was started a while ago, but due to my schedule, it was never finished until now. It’s a fluid two-column general purpose professional looking theme.

Three Square is WordPress widget friendly, which means you can manage your sidebar from your WordPress admin panel. If the plugin isn’t installed or enabled, the theme will use the default sidebar. Three Square has been tested in the most recent (stable) version of IE, Firefox, and Netscape and the (X)HTML/CSS has been W3C validated.

Please be sure to read the theme use before downloading and using this theme. If you spot any bugs or have suggestions for improvement, feel free to leave a comment.

WordPress Theme: Omit Needless Elements

Omit Needless Elements Screenshot

Omit Needless Elements was inspired by rule #17 from The Elements of Style by William Strunk Jr. (In case you haven’t read it yet, rule #17 is omit needless words. Also, it’s rule #13 in the original.)

Though I don’t always heed the advice given, I’ve developed quite a fondness for simplicity. In that vein, Omit Needless Elements is pretty much a bare bones two column fluid WordPress theme. It uses the standard blue underlined text for links, large-sized serif font, and no images. In other words, it’s pretty darn close to a sandbox theme.

Omit Needless Elements has WordPress widget support, which means you can alter the sidebar from your admin panel if you have the plugin installed. If the plugin isn’t installed or enabled, the default sidebar will display. Omit Needless Elements has been checked in the most recent (stable) versions of IE, Netscape, and Firefox, and the (X)HTML/CSS is W3C validated.

WordPress Theme: Accidental Greyscale

Accidental Greyscale Screenshot

Accidental Greyscale accidentally became another grey scale WordPress theme. I intended to use a pale blue color for the splatters in the headers, but forgot to reset my color palate. After looking at it for a while, I decided that I liked the grey and decided to jog with it.

Accidental Greyscale is a fluid two column WordPress theme, which means it will expand and contract to fit the browser space, and supports WordPress widgets. If widgets are not installed or enabled, the default sidebar will be used. The theme has been tested in the most recent (stable) versions of IE and Firefox, the (X)HTML/CSS code has been W3C validated.
