You’ve heard the riddle right? You know the one - what’s black and white and read all over? I guess you’d actually have to hear it instead of reading it for it to be a true riddle, but you get the idea. Anyway, that riddle was the inspiration for this theme which is, quite literally, black, white, and red.

Black, White, and Red is WordPress widget friendly, which means you can manage your sidebar from your WordPress admin panel. If the plugin isn’t installed or enabled, the theme will use the default sidebar. Embellishment is a deep red, elegant 2 column WordPress theme with a slight embellishment for the background image. The theme uses variation in font sizes from very large to very small — can be overridden with browser settings.

Skewed Rainbow is a WordPress theme for people who love bright colors, especially bright colors on a dark background. But don’t worry, readability was accounted for and the main content text is black on a white background.

It’s a skewed rainbow because it doesn’t use all the traditional colors of the rainbow; the colors that appear throughout the theme are red, purple, blue, green, yellow, and orange. Now that I think about it, it probably would have been easier to list the color of the rainbow that wasn’t used. (Indigo.)

Simple Blue is a throwback to the past. Or, actually, it’s a throwback to the past based on Google Reader. (If you haven’t already tried the service, you should. It’s great for quickly scanning your feeds while checking your Gmail account.)
